CorteSport Club Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of CorteSport. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports management, a strong customer service ethos, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. The Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring the club operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of service, and driving membership growth.

- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.
- Team Leadership: Manage, and motivate a team of freelance coaches, front desk personnel, and maintenance staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing member concerns, improving service quality, and fostering a positive club atmosphere.
- Financial Management: Manage the club’s budget, monitor expenses, and work to achieve financial targets through effective cost management and revenue generation.
- Membership Growth: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, including marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, tournaments, and activities that engage members and promote the club.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and the club meets all legal requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on club performance, including financial results, membership trends, and operational issues to senior management.
- Proven experience in sports club management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of padel or a strong interest in racket sport is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
